Inaugural Class of Tomorrow Fund Recipients Heads to College

Pilgrim’s awarded its inaugural class of Tomorrow Fund Scholarship recipients in 2020.

In 2019, Pilgrim’s launched the scholarship program to support the collegiate scholastic pursuits of our team members and their direct dependents. Through the Tomorrow Fund, Pilgrim’s will award one full-ride scholarship across each of our 31 U.S. facilities every year.

Along with a full-ride scholarship, each Tomorrow Fund recipient is offered a Pilgrim’s internship during the tenure of their scholarship. Each recipient also participates in a Pilgrim’s mentorship program where they are matched up with a Pilgrim’s team member. Mentors can come in all shapes and sizes, from different backgrounds and ages, but what they all have in common is they can provide perspective and a listening ear to help our recipients think about paths that will reveal themselves as options in life.

We established the Tomorrow Fund to help our team members achieve their dreams and create a better future for themselves and their families through education.
